Privacy Policy

IQ Boost (the "App") is a brain-training application published by the IQ Boost team. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We designed the App to keep as much of your data on your device as possible.

Information stored on your device

The following data is stored locally on your device using Hive and Apple/Google's standard preference storage. It is not transmitted to our servers:

• Game scores, best scores, and play history.
• Onboarding answers, personality and attention assessment results.
• Streak count, level/XP progress, daily challenge history.
• App preferences (sound, music, haptics, animation speed).
• Subscription state (whether Pro features are unlocked).

Information collected by third-party services

The App uses the following SDKs, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Firebase Analytics — anonymous, device-level usage events used to measure feature engagement and crashes. No login or personal identifier is attached.
• Firebase Crashlytics — anonymous crash diagnostics (stack traces, device model, OS version) so we can fix bugs.
• RevenueCat — manages subscriptions and entitlements. RevenueCat receives an anonymous user ID and the App Store / Play Store transaction details necessary to validate your subscription.

The App does not use third-party advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or cross-app identifiers (no IDFA tracking).

Permissions

The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or location.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). The App does not see or store your payment details. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your device's account settings.

Children's privacy

The App is rated for users 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents who believe their child has provided personal data may contact us at the address below; we will delete it promptly.

Your rights

Because most of your data lives on your device, you can erase it at any time by deleting the App or using the in-app "Clear all data" option in Settings. For data held by Firebase or RevenueCat, contact us and we will assist with the relevant deletion request under GDPR / CCPA.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced in the App.
