IQ Boost

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IQ Boost mobile application (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the relevant App Store / Play Store terms.
The App provides cognitive training games, personality and attention assessments. Results are for self-reflection and entertainment only. They are not a medical diagnosis, IQ test, or psychiatric evaluation, and must not be used to make medical, employment, or educational decisions. If you have concerns about your cognitive health, consult a qualified professional.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App; (b) interfere with or disrupt the App's services; (c) circumvent any security or licensing mechanism; (d) use the App in violation of any applicable law.
The App, including its games, content, code, designs, and trademarks, is owned by the IQ Boost team and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive only the licence described above; no other rights are granted.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the IQ Boost team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the IQ Boost team is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
